When we made the booking i rang up to ask if the room came with any cooking appliances i was told yes a microwave & electric fryer when we arrived nothing only a fridge & jug i went to complain and was told only the self contained units had them. We took enough food to feed 2 adults & 2 children (not happy). Also when we came back from our days activities on the first day our room was left unlocked by the cleaner i told her the next day she tried to pass the buck but did say sorry but when we came back late that afternoon the room was left unlocked again and the door ajar with all our belonings open to view to anyone who walked past.
Nothing was stolen just lucky. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT GOLDEN GLOW AGAIN.
